No mask worn by anyone inside the shop, had more than 5 customers standing around without masks on. Also opens at 7am and at 7.05am there is still no hot food available. When questioned the staff member simply shook her shoulders. Appalling customer service!!!

Sadly this is probably more so for Wenzel's HQ rather than the branch. I ordered the Yogurt, Mixed Berry & Granola Compote, the granola was gone off STALE and had an OILY smell and taste. I called the store to request a replacement and they pretty much washed their hands of it since it is not made "onsite" and, the date at the bottom stated it shouldn't be off. No thought process by them. What concerns me is perhaps their HQ or supplier is sending outdated food!

The staff is rude and impolite, when y order something they always look me as if I want it for free and I wont pay them... once i order 2 bacon in rolls I paid for them and before they were ready I decided to order two more, and woman there started arguing that I didn't pay for the first 2 rolls and want me to pay them again so I showed my last payments, thank God that my card show every payment instantly, I even said "goodbye, have a nice day" she didn't reply ,only made some drama face or whatever it's called, I really don't understand that kind of behaviour and this is only one of the cases that they try to take a piss on me, food Is good I can't lie, but this behaviour, I don't think so, I might not a native brit, but my English is at point that I can understand y,y can understand me and we can have a nice conversation, but imagine for a guy or a woman that can't speak English very well, I can tell y what will happen most of the people that can't speak or understand english will pay just so they wont get embarrassed in front of other people which I think is not right

Used to be 5 star. Unfortunately they have increased the prices way too much. I know prices for everything is going up but increasing prices by 50% in some cases is just too much

Went here today, and after my experience i just had to write a review, some of the greatest customer service i have ever recived at any store the staff were incredibly polite and friendly with one fellow in particular standing out, this chap called Amir who despite starting at the store only a week ago had the upmost enthusiasm and infectious joy he most certainly deserves a pay rise and promotion, i will never forget him.

The bread is of poor quality, but for people living in cages this is apparently enough.

Went there to get a loaf of bread. I choose which bread I liked and I asked them to slice it. The woman with glasses on went in the back. Soon she came back and handing over the bread. Unfortunately I found out at home it wasn't the same bread. Felt just uncomfortable in the store.
Pretty sure I will not going back.
