Greggs

Went to this greggs today I went to the till and waited at least 5min to be served while they were taking hot food out of the oven. When the lady finally served me she said thank you for waiting and thank you for understanding that I took long to serve you. She had good customer service towards me. And got a nice hot hot sausage roll.

What bright spark decided to stop selling fresh bread or any bread in the only bakers we have in Worcester Park?Madness!!!

Would not even give it one star if that was an option. Bad customer service and since when has Greggs become a cold counter service? Is not the whole point of getting pasties and such is that it is served hot! That is what customers are paying for, not cold food! Absolutely ridiculous. They need to state publicly in their shop they do not sell hot food anymore.

Good Job Dean!

It was a Saturday I went there to get some 2 Margherita pizza . There were none available so they told me to wait 10 minutes for the pizza. There were two male staff working there extremely rude and racist I could tell by the way they were talking to me. Waited for 20 minutes and the gave me one pizza and I asked if the other one they said they forgot. When I came back the pizzas were burnt. The staff was so extremely rude just can’t get over how racist and unprofessional they were giggling among themselves

Ordered bundle deal and several doughnuts. Cake were put in paper bags under red hot food so melted and inedible. Took back to sho, staff rude. No refund. Disgusting service and my son works for them. Will now look for another job.
