Nice cakes and cookies, you can find here famous Mediterranean taste. Shop seems clean but staffs seems unprofessional and too stressful. And also they are speaking foreign language when they serve the customers which somebody could find offensive!!

We bought the red cake on the picture 🎂 for a friend's birthday. It cost £13, the taste was ok a bid dry nothing special but we had to wait for a long time to be served.
I felt disappointed as my server was carrying a conversation with her colleague while he was packaging the cake I purchase. I felt like I was intruding.

for the past 10 years and for every occasion I have bought from them, I never had a cake like this cake. The best cake ever.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. i just went in to buy 2 large cakes at £40, in addition i wanted to buy 3 slices of cake in one box to give to one person and 3 pastries. not only was the server obcenely rude, she said that she had to put all slices in 3 seperate boxes and not in one box. I offered to pay for a slightly larger box to accommodate the slices, however, she was willing to sacrifice the whole sale of £55 for the sake of one box. She called me picky for asking for one box, she started to shout at me in turkish and was talking about me to her cook next to her. this was only 930am in the morning, what's she going to be like by midday! Not recommend at all to all my friends and family. She also said that she does not take cards because of COVID! only cash. Talk about reaping in the cash! That clearly don't make any sense at all.

It was a nice place for ‘gözleme bakery’
But nowadays it’s totally disappointing since the current old waitress who look around 50s. It’s totally a disappointment. High ego and rude attitude don’t work.
This kind of public places should pay a little attention while they selecting a new staff.

Prices normal quality quite low for baklava and cookies. First and last time buying unfortunately.

Purchased a birthday fruit cake 🎂 from here on Saturday, the gentleman serving in the shop was very polite & helpful. The actual cake was very delicious & fresh 😋 good value for money at £22 it served around 10 -12 people with each slice cut to a medium serving. 1st time using this patisserie & hopefully will definitely use again anytime soon. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Realy friendly owner but sadly really bad baklava, dry and too sweet, also cookies are not fresh at all. Prices are good but quality failed.
