Although the food is good but the air conditioner and ventilation grill are disgusting. Also found flies flying around. I am not sure how they pass the food hygiene rating. It is so obvious that just have to raise your eyes to see the gunk as if it has never been cleaned or serviced

Please don't have the audacity to try and open the door five minutes after the store was due to have opened. You'll be greeted by a miserable looking women muttering something under her breath. I'm then presented with an empty hot display. I look at her, she looks at me. At which point she must have realised that her role is to actually sell me something and then proceeds to empty the oven.
On the plus side, my food was piping hot.
A surreal experience.

What ever happend to a warm bit of food on a cold day from Gregg's. Poor performance.

Wow staff are so grumpy. It seems like they really dont want to be there. When you order something they look at you as if your in the wrong for asking for food.

Service in this branch is ‘delightful’. Staff is very blunt and rude. When asked if certain pastry is available, instead of say ‘Sorry we run out’, this staff bluntly replied ‘Absolutely no chance’. And after ordering quite a number of items, she didn’t offer if I need a bag and when requested one she simply replied ‘That’s 5p’ and gave me a face like ‘Just grab your stuff and get out of here’.

The lack of/appalling costumer service really stands out compared to other lovely shops on the same high street. Maybe Greggs needs to pay their staff a bit more for some basic costumer service.

The staff are just so incompetent it’s embarrassing. Every time I order off just eat for than 2 or 3 items they forget to put something in it’s ridiculous and is pointless making an order to go through the hassle of getting a refund. Poor service don’t bother

Pleasantly surprised at the range available for breakfast. All freshly prepared & quickly served by efficient staff. Highly recommended

I've used this place on a number of occasions. Staff friendly enough prices reasonable too. Probably a bit too small if a number of want to eat & drink there. Other than that I'll continue to go there.
