Greggs is a great place for affordable eating out especially for breakfasts. However, we were surprised when we realised that Greggs doesnot provides salt or pepper for soups, for a health reasons. It's a bit extreme because Greggs offers a wide range a super sugary and a very high calorific cakes, virtually packed with fats and sugars which contribute towards developing diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. And, there is a huge choice of such "unhealthy" items on Greggs menu. However, we customers do try to choose something healthy or vegetarian, like a soup, Greggs would refuse to provide salt for customers justifying it by health reasons which are minimal compare with a real damage to health caused by the rest of Greggs products packed with processed sugars and saturated fats.

Not grate always mess orders up then make out your the one that messed it up can be rude, the building isnt grate is dangers has rippep a coat on shard metal sticking out id give it no stars if possible

States on the Internet they operate 6 am on a Saturday. When in actual fact they don't open until 6:30.

Every member of staff that works there, work so hard and have great customer relations except Ann, that person needs to be sent on a customer care course. Other customers were shocked to how she spoke to me and they encouraged me to make this review. I would love to give this Gregg's a five star but one person let it down.

I didn’t get to try any food because the service is too slow so after waiting in the cue for 10 minutes, I left. This is not the experience I’m used to with most other Greggs?

Rotund lady with "manager" badge started shouting at me as I walked to go to the toilet. She said I needed to ask permission because I hadn't ordered anything. She kept shouting and would not let me get a word in edgeways. When she eventually stopped, I told her my intention was to go to the toilet and then order my food as I didn't really want to take it in with me to the toilet. She just assumed I was going to use the toilet and go even though I've been a regular for many years. Disgraceful rude service. Never again.
