This don't even deserve 1 star, none if I'm being real. who ever manages this shop shouldn't even be allowed to work there the staff is 10/10 but that manager dos not no how to do their job.u need to go back to college and re learn hospitality because you obviously do not no what that means or maybe I pay H.M.R a visit on how you treat customers.

Staff are friendly, always sticked up. my one problem is that my steak bake was cold a couple of times. Sorry but that's a game changer for me I need my warm to hot pastry. But good prices if u don't mind. Also there is a small parking fee and you might struggle to park.

Love the food. However their sausage roll is so salty. I thought I was the only one who thought that, but others have said the same. Shame really, the sausage rolls are really delicious.....if you can taste anything but the salt! But I'll pass on that, other foods though are tasty and more importantly, warm.

Super slow staff and the food is cold most of the day, the manager needs sacking if this is the way they represent their delegation skills, one person on till, queues out of the door and seems to focus on masks and social distancing ahead of customer service. Actually the worst Greggs in North London, avoid at all costs if you can!
