Greggs

I have posted on your facebook page and hope to get an explanation. As of yet there has been no response. I want people to know what you are up to.
I really like Greggs and I love the staff that you have here in Croydon (66 High Street). They go above and beyond required service making it more than just the place I go to get my coffees every day. However, I am very disappointed with what can only be described as a scam.
I ordered a large coffee and a substantial amount of it was missing. This is not the first time this has happened. What am I paying for? It looked like a regular in a large cup. So you increase the prices of coffees and reduce the amount. Tell me, do you think that is fair? My colleague and I buy minimum two coffees each a day (usually more), ques go out the door. You clearly make enough money.
I was informed that the settings on the coffee machine had been changed so you get less. If you are going to do that, at least don't be so obvious about it! I thought you were a company with integrity but you are more concerned about squeezing your customers just like so many others. What a shame!
Below I attach my seriously lacking large coffee (left) and regular size (right). Word of advice, if you can fill up the regular sizes to the top then please do it for your large cups too. Give me what I pay for!!

There are four branches of Greggs in Croydon and this one is probably the smallest branch.
Anyway, I definitely remember this branch because they had sliced bread before lockdown when everyone was sold out.

Getting your food at Greggs directly is all good, food is hot and staff are great.

But ordering via Just Eat is not so much, I ordered steak bakes twice and both times the food was cold, not even slightly warm.

Greggs Web info is never up to date!? The staff all seem depressed!!

They usually have everything available which kinda also is the downside as they don't reheat the items, we get cold servings and our experience is sometimes ruined.

Best for breakfast and brunch ..must to try the new vegan rolls and vegan patties

Around 2.00 pm on 29.12.2021, I went to greggs at this address, on high street opposite to sainsbury. I asked the lady serving at the counter if the pastries were warm. She looked at the pastries and said yes. I ordered Chicken baked and the vegetables pastry. I put them in a bag and left the shop. The Chicken pastry was warm but the vegetables pastry was stone cold. I was hungry and it was lunch time and I was getting late so I ate them. 15 minutes later I felt so sick. Had stomach ache all day.

Will not go at this branch again. I am not happy at all with the quality of food and service. Be honest with your customers. I bet you will never feed that cold pastry to your child or parents or any loved one. Just for the sake of sale. I was lied and I am still in alot of stomach pain. I hope someone at the upper management read this and do something about it.

Horrible customer service from lady called Roma. She was very rude and dismissive. I ordered a hot chocolate and the girl that served me was very nice but it looked like she didn’t know what she was doing unfortunately. The drink and cream overflowed all over the cup and her fingers were everywhere when she was trying to fix it. It wasn’t hygienic at all. The woman Roma yelled just pour it in another cup not caring at all about all the customers watching and the drink looking filthy. I asked her if she can just remake another one and she was SO RUDE!!!! When I tried to explain what she tried to do was unhygienic and gross she looked at me up and down and said whatever. Will no be coming back here anytime soon. Awful customer service
