My favourite place to have lunch in Belsize Village. They recently started serving a few salads and mains to go and it’s my Friday/Saturday treat. Such hearty and delicious food, always tastes like a genuine home cooked meal! The staff are always very friendly too. There’s a reason we regulars always go here.

This place have such a high standard services. The food was great, Lovely coffee, I felt to be in an Italian bar for a few seconds even if the taste of the coffee was not the same. The staff with tattoos, glasses and black beard helped me by choosing wht to eat & drink, he was nice guy and help full, he warmely welcomed me, i felt in home.
I reccomend this place. Nice place, excellent staff. I will defenitely be back😁.

Love the place. Addicted to their bagels. Great food overall. Fantastic to sit outside in the square (thanks streatery!) on sunny days.

A bit chaotic at times with staff not particularly well organized (and in fact openly fighting in front of customers).

NB: This only seems to happen when the lovely lady with black hair (sorry don’t remember her name but she’s the one who has been there the longest) is not in…

randomly stumbled across this cafe and had the best oat matcha latte and blueberry muffin! pastry selection is amazing; definitely going to be a regular here.

Everything about this place is excellent from the food and coffee to the atmosphere and staff. The staff was very helpful when we were trying to decide what to order. The french toast was perfect and the coffee was tasty and nicely presented… Thank you guys for your beautiful service, see you next time!!!❤️❤️

Great desserts, coffee, and interior design; HOWEVER, I sincerely fail to understand why the owner has not replaced this particular staff in Belsize Avenue despite the all the reviews complaining of said service. I have yet to see a staff so dismissive that it borders on hostility. Even worse, they are selective about it: they tend to smile and be receptive to older customers and while ignoring younger customers (including myself and my girlfriend) for 15 minutes. Never going there again until the staff is replaced.

Horrible experience. Overpriced cheap Tesco grade food.

Where to start…
We moved in this neighbourhood and we’re hoping this would be our new brunch spot. Nope. We will never come here again.

Looks sweet with its open space. But it’s a disappointment in every single aspect.

1) the food looks and tastes horrible. We were looking at other people’s plate and didn’t look interesting. We ordered our food and it was so basic, like if they threw stuff from the fridge into a paper plate at random. I could have done that without paying 10 pounds. So basically no effort on food

2)we came with a toddler. No baby chair. When we asked why, they said that the council didn’t send them. Not sure I understand why they can’t buy them instead of not having them because they can’t get them free. How cheap can you be.

3) we were 3. The third person ate when the other 2 were done. Now a basic rule of a restaurant is to serve people together not at random

4) service was poor. They got our order wrong.

5) lots of paper. You can’t recycle paper with food. So why such a waste and not use normal plates. Forks and knives are metal so why not proper plates like all other outdoor places

The picture below shows my plate. Al portion of thin bread. Half avocado. A bunch of cheese which I didn’t use. Cheap salad and some salmon. I can do this at home

I love Roni's I go every week. The food and coffee is just fantastic. The staff are really hit and miss. One lady who has been there for ages is fantastic. The rest, stroppy, slow, distracted and often rude.
