Wenzel's the Bakers

I Good location of the shop, only 1 min walk from Wembley Central underground station. I come in Wenzel’s shop occasionally but in this shop the staff are friendly and helpful. Because there attention to details, clean and welcoming to the customers the shop is busy. Variety of the food, sweets, cold and hot drinks. Wheelchairs and pushchairs are welcome too.

This place it’s amazing not just because of their products but because of the amazing staff! I had the pleasure to met Norraine/Lorraine (I don’t remember really well the name) and I had the best experience in that shop. So happy to be a regular customer of this place!

Excellent bakery, with a variety of fresh items and drinks. We pick our breakfast, tea and coffee from there every morning, and Sarah meets us with exceptional welcoming smile and take care of our orders.

I go to wenzels most mornings for my coffee and I always enjoy my customer service from Sarah! She is warm and friendly, knows my order and has it ready as I walk into the store. Love this wenzels

Bought a cheese and onion pasty yesterday early morning around 8.30...it was warm but tasted a bit sour in places. Might have been left over from previous day reheated...Tummy wasn't feeling well the rest of the day. Do you sell left overs from previous day?

We entered the shop after a meeting, looking forward to our favourite sandwiches and paninis.

The lady asked us repeatedly if we are paying together, serving us with a very negative and rude attitude. She was rushing the service and making us feel very uncomfortable as customers.

After my friends left she said things in her own language.

I have been eating from Wenzels for a while as the sandwiches are very convenient, BUT THIS STORE IS NO GO.

Visited the Wembley branch for the first time on 21/10/22 around 12:20pm. Was served by this sweet and kind lady who demonstrated amazing customer service skills. Definitely gonna visit again. Thank you!

Very friendly staff who provide excellent customer service especially Sarah, I love going to Wembley Wenzel's to buy my bread which i could buy in Watford or Harrow as they are close to me but i would rather go to the Wembley branch.
