Good quality fresh sandwiches, great place for lunchtimes. Friendly efficient staff, always smiling even during busy stressful periods.

Okay, nothing special but do you want to pay £2 for an average loaf of bread or buy exactly the same quality for £1.10 at Tesco. I'm all for high street shops but really they've got to up their game if they want to compete. I'm defiantly not a Tesco luvvie and to get good deals you need to be up and down the high street, online and everywhere else, if you value your hard earned money. Or you can just not bother. Thy choice be yours.

I went there for the first time and i am extremely disappointed. EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly staff!!! If you dont want to work in and be friendly to the customer then go work somewhere else. Slightly overpriced. Greggs is a better choice

Great place for a sausage roll.In my opinion they are better then Greggs.

Very expensive for pastries, Greggs much better in taste, quality and price, and its 50 ft away from Wenzels.

Lovely pastries beautiful bread and delightful coffee. Everything we purchased was delicious and we would definitely purchase again. Pastries are on the pricey side but I guess there is a lot of work that goes into them. We definitely enjoyed! Caramel latte was super good. Bon appétit.

Good veggie options, fresh food. Currently midway to taste the entire veg menu, everything we have tried so far tastes good and is fairly priced. Quantity of stuffing in some wraps can be increased.

I was so disappointed in the service and experience I received from your staff on Thursday 9th & Saturday 11th December 2021 In Shenley Rd, Borehamwood and head office in Northwood, Watford. It was very dissatisfactory. Went in at about 08.10 am to purchase a plain Madeira cake slice, priced at £1.20 on the ticket. I was not acknowledged while waiting to pay the delivery driver walked in and the 3 members of staff totally ignored me and instead of serving me first a member of staff dealing with the Uber driver first then came back to me, gave her the £1.20 to then be told it's £1.40, gave her the extra 20p and proceeded in telling her that the ticket states otherwise, she removed the ticket turned to me and rudely said the price has gone up, while at the same time speaking to the driver. I said the ticket should reflect that. I was not made to feel valued or important as a paying customer, no putting me first, no apology. Called customer service, told it would be fed back to the Area Manager and Store and as a gesture of goodwill could have a free meal on the house at a Wenzel's of my choice, took my name and was going to leave it at the store in Welwyn Garden City. The next day on Friday went into that store, was told they did not know anything about it and also called the store manager, and that I should have been sent a confirmation email as proof I felt so embarrassed and very unhappy. Again on Saturday got in touch with customer services, was not in the know, took down my email to send confirmation, seems nobody cares, still waiting. Not impressed.
