Really nice pastries and coffee but service was quite abrupt and not particularly friendly. The cafe was also quite messy with leftover cups and plates all around.

They have really good pastries. Their croissants, almond croissants and pain au chocolat are delicious!! I can’t give them 5 stars because their bread isn’t great including baguettes.
They are currently closed due to the Corona lockdown, but it looks like they deliver to your house:

Gail's is always a great place for a coffee and cake but most importantly the team are fantastic. In particular AJ the team leader, William and Carla are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, in particular to my 2.5 year old son who comes in for his daily babychino. A brilliant customer experience.

Really rude server who was impatient with us when we were deciding what to order, despite there not being a large queue behind us. When we asked for our sandwich to be cut in half, having spent £21 on two coffees and two small sandwiches, she made us feel like idiots and said we can do it ourselves. Would avoid this branch.

Slow and indifferent service, and they don't heat up any food. Took 15 minutes for a coffee and scone to arrive despite the place being empty. Server looked very annoyed when I asked for jam and cream.

Overpriced and surprisingly for London not dog friendly despite having a dog water bowl outside. I’d argue this is slight false advertising. I visited the other day and I was asked to leave with my very well behaved dog who was asleep under the table when I sat at the back in the corner with a friend over coffee. As other reviews have mentioned staff were unfriendly. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend

Really rude staff. Some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss. I do love the products but recent experiences are driving me to competitors.

Incredible Mocha, and the bread on its own is delicious. Cute place to have a coffee and sit for a while
