Always go in here to receive lovely customer service. Staff are so friendly and will usually go above and beyond to make you up something that maybe they have sold out of, or isn't hot anymore. The breakfast omelette roll is also a win!

Been a couple of times and not busy. Pasty’s are always sold out or cold, seems as if not replenished often as I have visited at different times during the day. Service is basic also.

Was 5 stars but not changing to 1...the service from most of the workers is good...but one old guy is so bad. You tell him eg you want a donut and then you say you also want a coffee...his response will be..."wait! I'll get your donut first...then tell me what you want next!". Happened twice on separate visits...I'm like in my head "don't forget who pays your wages, treat customers with some respect, if you can't handle two simple items in your mind...you better go on benefits as work clearly isn't your thing!" 🤦🏾‍♀️Greggs needs to sack him!

Good food & drink but they are commonly sold out on a lot of items.

Friendly staff.

My only issue is when ordering online they give incorrect items or not the right amount.

I've ordered regular sausage rolls & bakes but been sent a vegan ones.

Multiple times I purchase 2 boxes of doughnuts and they only send one box.

They need to quality check the online orders.

Its ok here, the servers are welcoming and helpful and hot drinks are well priced. However is it just me? But the hot bakes are always cold , always cold im not sure why this is the case as other Greggs hot food are hot or warm but here not at all. Just wondering if they make them too early in the morning as I visit early before 8am and the cheese bakes are cold and they really shouldn't be. GREGGS SORT IT OUT , other than that Greggs is still good.

Food is lovely as usual from all branches but a customer service rep was looking at me in a weird way. There was no politeness when I spoke, i kept saying please and thank you and her response was ok fine and even when saying "cheers" at the end her response was ok

No courtesy for customers or it was because of me as there were other 'white' customers who got the politeness and friendly vibe but I got the opposite
I would recommend going back there for food but if your coloured don't expect any politeness

If you have red other comments you will understand why I have given 1 star. Ofcourse because of worse customer service. I would rather stand outside and order from Uber eats to collect my order from their door steps. I atleast go there twice in a week because its on my way to work and I have to see no welcoming faces. Come on Greggs teach them to say atleast hello to customers if they can't even smile.
