Their seeded sour dough bread is amazing. Staff very efficient and friendly. The range and quality is vast. You can even dine there.

I like Warrens bakery. The selection of veggie and vegan option pasties are excellent. Only 3 stars because they don't always have the items they advertise and seem to start cleaning and clearing up so early you can feel a bit awkward going in there - like you're stopping them from closing even though there's still an hour to go!!

Happened on 18.01.2020 .This bakery is AWFUL!! My sister went in and got 2 steak slices, a large sausage roll, a cookie and 3 medium sausage rolls. The was three bags so we picked them up and went home to eat them (we live 15 mins away!) when we got home we realised that the 3 medium sausage rolls were missing ! We went back to complain and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and said how we should have checked at the time and how nothing could be done even though she was the one that didn't put them there ! She wouldn't even refund us . Another worker was there and she said actually you didn't give them it and the lady behind the counter just rolled her eyes. The lady behind the counter had her hair tied up in a low pony tail and was wearing glasses and was quite short and wide. She is extremely rude and dose not treat her custermers with respect. Do no go to this bakery if you want to be welcomed and treated well.

I have been eating Warrens pasties for 52 years and they are still one of the best you can buy. Go on, give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

After ordering a pasty and a coffee to eat in, I was left stunned at being served my pasty in a paper bag. I asked for a paper plate and some cutlery so I could eat in a more civilised manner , and was told “no sorry it’s cheaper for you if we don’t give you a plate. “ How ridiculous!
if I’d wanted cheap I would have made my own pasty as the price was certainly not cheap at over £11. For two. So where was my plate?
No customer service at all here.
Pack the tables away if you are not willing to serve properly.
I had to pick at the pasty with my fingers as it fell apart and wasn’t even given a napkin.
It’s cheaper for Warrens not to provide their customers with items they might need to wash up, but lousy for the customer.
Not a great experience and will go elsewhere in future.

Three stars because the staff are welcoming, the place looks nice and clean, presentation of the food and drinks and the selection of drinks but we have had better cornish pasty and sausage rolls the Thai vegetable pasty has an odd mix of vegetables chick peas and red kidney beans not very thai surprised there wasnt even corn. We were going to try the marmite pasty but they stopped it.

I've only had the traditional pasty but it's great! Get it regularly. Staff are really friendly and the place is clean.

Pasty tasted of chemicals and when we went back to quietly have a word about it the manager not only said ' We've never had a complaint before' but made my fiancé feel belittled.
