Cold food. My veggie slice had uncooked vegetables in it. Zero customer service. Told to go use the microwave in Costa. Terrible terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Tasty but... Cold sausage roll, cold baguette. Not what I expect from Greggs. Should have gone to the Cornish Pasty stand.

Disgusting service. Firstly forgot to give me my chicken bake so had to return. Got it, returned to table and find it was stone cold. Went back again to be told they are a cold food counter and there is a microwave in Costa to warm it up. Never have i had an issue with cold food in a Greggs. Packaging says careful of hot contents... I wish!! Must have been sat out for over an hour and none in the oven. Got chocolate was weak too. Gross. Wish I had read other reviews first!

Some 20 mins to be served due to the que at 8.30 am, only 2 staff doing all duties. There employer obviously does not care about staff welfare or the customer service. Due to my job I use various greggs and the others have at least 4 staff members in the mornings
