Chatwins - Chester City

Ordered 3 times off just eat. We work in a business in chester and have about 10 mins for lunch all 3 times items have been missing and I've had to get refunds from just eat.
I can understand things can be missed but the ticket has been ticked that all the items are in the bag.
Such a shame as the food is lovely from chatwins but staff letting this one down with incompetency .

Looks clean from the outside but there it ends. I found the food Very expensive for what you got (which was not a lot) and the food quality was not that good. I left most of the carvery bap and most of the coffee of which I found to be very weak and left to eat somewhere else. Wrote if off as a bad do. Find somewhere else.

Great service, just picked lunch up for us and Dogs after a long walk in the meadows before we head home to the Wirral, lovely fresh chicken salads well packed, wood woof woof loved the sausages 👌

Decent bakery. Their savoury stuff is great (pies, etc), but the desserts and cakes are strangely unpleasant.

Their food is amazing although they don't allow you to eat in after 40 minutes before closing time.

Excellent service pork and stuffing barm given plenty of crackle with it bought sausage rolls to take home very good

Having politely ordered a meal with twenty pound, we eventually received half the meal and were then asked to pay again at more than the board price advertised for the second part of our meal which arrived undercooked with a contemptuous attitude from the young girl serving in front of a busy queue. If you want to be publicly humiliated, overcharged and almost poisoned with the food, this is the place. ZERO STARS. Simply awful in every way.

Big deception. We ordered egg baps with extra turkey. after, they reported that they had no eggs, they suggested replacing them with chicken. in the end, they brought us baps without an additional portion of turkey, only with chicken. however, we paid more than we should have. bad experience.
