Pretty much your usual greggs. Perfect for a quick snack but not the best as a cafe.
I wouldn't make this my first port of call but I've given it 5 stars because it does what it's designed for very well. It's an easy and safe option when you're hungry and don't know the local cafes.

Nice food but some staff could do with an attitude change, the person that served us just grunted and when it came to making payment they walked off, then another person came out, didn't even apologise, no smile and just pointed at the card reader and walked off before I had even taped my card for payment. Some staff training in customer service would be a great idea.

I was always feel odd when I got asked to review a clone fast food shop - so unless it was particularly bad, the review is basically going to be positive and samey: I frequent them because I like them.
So here goes - another Greggs, good & cheap coffee, toasties I like unless they're sold out, Friendly staff & far too tempting cakes for my own good.

First time ordering from Gregg's for a home delivery...after 5 days at home with COVID the need for a sweet sticky cake was definitely in order..
Well .. placing the order was so simple... excellent variety of food available...
Order placed ,and delivered in just 20 minutes.

Always nice and hot. Staff are friendly and patient with my son when he's ordering.

The staff was not happy to work, he saw me waiting in front of the till and he walked away. I asked if the pastry was warm, and he answered "I don't know" in a rude way. The hot food is not hot, I request to warm it, and the direct answer to me "No, but you can heat it by yourself" I didn't expect world-class service but at least be nice to your customers. Not to mention, it's horrible to eat a cold steak bake during wintertime.

This store is fast heading down the discriminatory road. Absolutely shocked by the staff manners and ignorant response. He clearly is either not interested serving to anyone other than his friends or just plain RACIST!! I am absolutely fuming and once I have gathered enough information IE catch the appalling staff on camera I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER>How dare you in this day and age be so ignorant ?

I’m not sure what this foreign object is? But it has immediately made me unwell. I have reported it to your HQ including images and moving image. I cannot get the taste out of my mouth.
