Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall the price of the food/drinks at any Greggs is fantastic. Cheap and accessible for all incomes!

Speed of Service: ⭐️
On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my food was extremely slow. Only one person present on the front line. We had a couple infront of us and the staff member took a long time to serve them. Upon severing us it took 3-4 attempts for the staff members to get our order correct. (I ordered 2 white chocolate cookies and my brother a sausage roll).

Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️
Overall quality of the food I ordered was pretty poor compared to other Greggs I have visited. The cookies had been overcooked and were very crunchy. The sausage roll slightly over cooked too. Making the quality unsatisfactory compared to others.

Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️
As seen in the photos. The main cabinets had many dirty trays left in them. With parts of the peperoni pizza touching the cheese pizza. Cross contamination meaning those who desired a veggie dish may not be able to eat them.

AOB- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had no major issues with my visit. The Christmas POP was out and looked very inviting. The colour scheme of this was also very good and fitted a sitter Christmas theme but not too in your face.

Ordered a bacon roll and hot drink. Very good value for money but counter staff not wearing a mask or gloves and at no point washed his hands during service. Before serving me walked out to the public counter select a bottle of drink that the customer could of touch walked back to the serving counter and prepared my roll without cleaning his hands. Food dumped never returning unless hygiene has improved

Big change of how used to be time ago, they work under pressure and understaffed so usually you don't get a good customer service and expect long queues

Well Mr Ian Gregg, thank GUY for this review. We have just received the most shocking customer service when placing an order over the counter with GUY. Spoke with attitude, in a very distrusting tone, slammed the food the on counter: slammed the till drawer and slammed the recipe after being asked for it. He has also used Charlottes till perhaps thinking I would not spot his name tag. After asking is everything alright. He said ‘yea why’ and I asked why he spoke with such a disgusting tone to my partner. He just smiled and laughed it off and said he ain’t got a problem. No wonder why it’s 2.6 google rated. As for the food quality, was semi standards with some parts of the order being warm, yet other part overcooked. Will consider the other establishments here rather than yours from now on. Well done GUY.

Bad experience today at this Greggs branch, went 15 minutes before their closing time and one of the staff by the entrance told me that the shop was already closed. I said to them that I do usually stop here and the closing time is 8, they let me in and when I asked for coffee, I been told the coffee machine wasn’t working, asked about any hot pasty and they laughed. Just left and no coming back, this is not the way to treat people. Avoid this place.

Poor understanding of English by the server I explained my order a number of times and ended up paying for food I did not want q too long so did not argue about it food was cold not happy will not call again

Customer service incredibly poor . No please, no thank you. Surly staff .
I asked for a receipt. She tutted and pulled a face. Why the attitude? Staff either need trained or fired . Either would be good.

A please and thank you wouldn't go amiss. If you don't like your job, go get another. Preferably not in customer service .
