Staff are always too busy gossiping amongst themselves to concentrate on customers.
Never remember order due to them chatting, always have to ask again 🤦‍♂️.
Most of conversations are not work related, customers aren’t interested in other peoples personal matters!!

Good stop over. Fresh rolls etc. Toilets & car parking. Friendly staff

Popped in to charge the car on the way back from Centerparcs. I had a vegan sausage roll, we had 2 fruit pots and a pack of gingerbread men, and a coffee. Perfect start to the day.ovy staff too.

Food always good plus went to a branch near Mildenhall and bloke in front of me dropped his drink and food outside so a member of staff saw this and helped him and gave him a fresh new order now that is customer service 👍👍

Put it this way I won't be going there again. Asked for hot sausage rolls & they were stone cold even though they came out hot display.

A good place to stop. Reasonable prices. Good clean loos. Easy parking and just off main road.

Cappuccino, latte and jam donuts were OK to be fair. The staff though were loud and clearly not trained in customer service.

I've been three times. Mainly because I refused to believe they could serve stone cold bakes every time. But, they're really pushing the envelope when it comes to incompetence in there.
