Greggs

Pasties are empty, poor quality food. Their cappucinos are Lattes. They are cheap, but still well overpriced for what they serve.

This has to be the worst Greggs branch in surrey. The staff never put in the food in the oven in time. Whenever I go in to ask for a chicken bake or steak bake its always 15 minutes... always... how does that even make sense?

Service was very poor, waited several minutes in line because there were mix ups with the two customers standing in front of me.

It was an ordeal trying to order a chicken bake, first I was given a steak bake and then out came two breakfast bakes, eurgh.

Wish I hadn't bothered, my chicken bake turn out to be tepid, dry as a rusk, and seemed like it had out on display for too long.

Staff need to get a grip

Now, this greggs store is not seriou. I had the coldest chicken pie ever. You guys need to up your game.

I’m not one to normally complain as I too work in retail but every time I go in to Greggs in addlestone and buy a hot sausage roll they are always cold. I went in today around 8am and there were about a handful on display in the counter when I bought mine, I got back to my car to eat it and once again it was a cold one. I think it’s a bit cheeky charging £1.05 per sausage roll when you can’t even get a hot one on a cold morning. If my local Greggs can do it In Bracknell why can’t you do it in Addlestone it’s a shame because I frequently visit my Bracknell branch on my days off work and I always leave there happy. The staff are always happy though and friendly in addlestone which is why I gave 2 stars otherwise it would have been a 1 star review. Please sort this out and ensure your counters keep the hot food hot.

Good clean shop, helpful staff. Only negative is the counter is very high (I'm in a wheelchair) The staff however bring the drinks etc round and opens the door for me, very helpful
