Lola's Cupcakes Liverpool Street

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this cup cake stand today. Firstly the lady serving seemed disinterested and then cut me off half way through when I was saying my choice of cupcake, with "yeah, I know", The cupcakes may be "handmade happiness" but this lady did not give me an ounce. I would've bought two cup cakes but she put me off so I only bought one.

Cupcakes are okay, but the customer service is very slow. There were 3 people behind the counter and only one miserable looking man was serving customers. Meanwhile the other 2 were just standing there lost. Only behind one other person and it took way too long to buy one cupcake

The very best cupcakes we had. My Girlfriend and I were 3 Times at this Spot on one day. The Saleswoman recognized us and like the cupcakes she was also sugar. Very very kind and polite person thanks for the wonderful cupcakes!

I was in a rush to my office and stopped for the first time at the store. Really good variety of cupcakes. Sofia was really helpful, polite and fast! Will definitely visit again!

Lola's do really great cakes and cupcakes, but that's not much use if, as is the case today, the stall is still not manned 25 minutes after it was supposed to open. Don't count on being able to pick up if you're getting an early train.

Lovely place with great cupcakes. Good service. It is located right next to the entrance to the underground station, inside the Liverpool street station. Good selection of Vegan and regular cup cakes. Fresh everyday. Good price too

I really love their creativity. It is a magic, what they are doing with those tiny muffins (… as you can see in my picture.) … and the taste. That is something beyond your imagination. You have to feel it in your mouth 😉
