The staff in Greggs Cheapside are really lovely and have excellent customer service. They are very quick aswell bearing in mind that sometimes there is a long que at lunch and breakfast time but they make sure every customer leaves satisfied😊

First time I visited a Greggs after the announcement of the Vegan Sausage Roll, which I wanted to try. I have to say, it was surprisingly good and along with a portion of potato wedges made a great lunch at reasonable price.

This branch of Greggs has several seats and you can sit in I think without having to pay extra. The service here was really nice and friendly. When I ordered the Vegan Sausage Roll it was still being cooked in the oven. When the roll was ready, the staff even brought it over to where I was sitting.

So slow you'd think they were cooking to order. Massive queue, moving so slowly. Don't go of you're in a hurry. The staff move so slowly, it's incredible. "Would you like any hot drinks with your order?". No. Sell first, up sell later.

A well managed fast food chain. Food and beverage ok. Staff polite and pleasant. But , just like most high street food chain stores, character is not clear. I don't mean the brand and the SOP

I had my first sausage roll at Gregg’s. Hot, fresh, flaky, and flavorful. Very affordable and delicious. Will definitely come back here. It is a must!

Good selection of pastry’s and sandwiches, does the job for lunch when you don’t want anything too heavy

Sevice is shocking literally stood in a que today for 10mins with one person serving no one calling for help no manager in sight ,surely service is everything to people in a rush ....if you gotbto ger to work dobt cone here

Can't beat Greggs for a hot sausage roll or tasty pasty. Yummm!
