The Greggs here serves the Brackmills industrial estate. Staff at this branch are friendly.

You should probably avoid lunchtime as the masses that work on the estate convene at the same time which means long queues and food that finishes.

Best to go just before 12 noon or at about 1pm to avoid rush.

Parking can be a nightmare here during the lunchtime rush. If you can walk here walk. Else you should be ok to park with ease either side of the lunch hour.

Went in for a sandwich at 13:15 on a Friday. Fridges were about 10% to 15% full no chicken sandwiches or baps. I asked if they were going to be making any more and she said later, because she had no one to make them.. someone was trying to fill an already well stocked fridge, queue was outside the door service was slow. I asked for mayo and told I could only have one. My reply was, I only asked for one... not the best Greggs I have ever been to

Good selection of food and decent customer service

Twice I’ve gone in and there’s been nothing. Went in at 10:20am no breakfast stuff. After a 15 minute queue. I wouldn’t bother.

Checked on line and it said the closing time was 17:30 so we walked there to find out it closes at 17:00. Disappointing

Cold food, tables were not cleared, staff couldn't be arsed to be there very u helpful

Is the 3rd time in a week when I come to take my breakfast here and again there in no omelette available… apparently is because of distribution… so why do you still have your deal . Very disappointed.

This Greggs used to be great but the last 3 times I’ve been (AT LUNCH TIME) they’ve had no sausage rolls, no hot chicken and not hot baguettes. The last time no steak bakes either. You seriously need to plan better and get stuff cooked and ready rather than causing queues of 20 minutes while people wait for hot things.
