Greggs

This branch is generally really just at lunchtimes (which is when I go in) however the girls are always polite courteous and helpful. Manager is focussed on delivering good customer service and does it well. A fine example to her staff.

Greggs Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove, store is always dirty, dirty floors, dirty tables which you pay extra to sit at. Shop only been open an hour so no excuse for a dirty store and no milk for coffee

Service was quick and the food is good.

Friendly staff and always well stocked with food from sausage rolls to cakes and sandwiches prices are good and even better if you use there phone app 100% recommended for a greggs

Always love a Greggs, good location, friendly staff, can get very busy with queue out the door sometimes, good value

Disgusting, ordered a vegan glased donut even though the colleges at the shop assured me that is was gluten free. Once I had got home I looked on the back of the packet to make EXTREMELY sure is was gluten free and in the ingredients list was "wheat flour" was just about to eat these. Very sad and disappointed.
