Went to pound bakery to buy a baguette and the woman had a go at me when I asked to pay card she was huffing and puffing and said do you not have change it’s £1.40 and I said no I don’t sorry. So she goes sighing again and muttering to her colleague and just went fine I’ll go get the card machine. Ended up just walking out without buying. Horrendous staff

First time visiting today - two cheese and onion rolls for £1! Wasn't expecting much but have to say that they were they best I'd ever tasted. Mum had the other roll and she completely agreed. Will definitely visit again.

Staff are friendly enough but it's a pound for a reason. Don't get me wrong, it's edible, but there is nicer food around for a little bit extra money.

Not a pound bakery anymore and definitely overpriced now it has increased its prices. 2.25 for a stale baguette with hardly any filling, breakfast items and other hot snacks are rock hard and over done. Bought a chicken mayo sandwich the other day and found 3 large bones, the bread smelt and was old and dry. Just a little over 3 pound in the nearby tesco for a meal deal with far superior ingredients or and of the other local sandwich shops

I ordered a Magic Box by app "too good to go" in this bakery. I paid and came by the address was there (Broad Pavement, Chesterfield S40 1PA), but there wasn't bakery. Poundbackery rule this question please.

Not good to be honest,I asked for veggie sausge rolls and got given meat ones and bit into it then realized,not happy with this at all

Most if not all of the hot food is majorly overcooked! The coffee machine is never working. Not great.

Amazing and delicious tasty food lovely warm welcome to you you can always have a joke with them very polite should go there again love the place and food
