Only chose 1 star because that's the lowest I can choose. The service is absolutely awful. The lady with the accent that's there in the morning has no customer service ability in any way shape or form. I've tried giving her the benefit of the doubt and tried going again but every time she acts like it is a chore to do her job. I only asked for a bacon sandwich and she huffed and puffed like I was asking her to go and catch the pig. Must find it hard to recruit staff as I have no idea why she is in the shopfront.

I popped in to this place the other day, instead of my usual one, and instantly regretted it. The food is overpriced, the coffee is foul, and the staff are ... well, not exactly discreet. Their loud conversations echoed around the place, making any effort to relax redundant, and their attitude was one of ‘Do I really have to help you?’
No, just avoid this place - at least until they change the staff!

really want to give this 5 star! but I wont... the olive and jalapeno bread has vegan cheese :( you need to bake it with normal cheese to make it better. such a shame.

can you cook a normal one? if so I will be back weekly I have bought 5 of these breads now just the cheese majorly let's it down.

sourdough 4 day fermenting bread is 5* lovely flavour perfect bread.

pastry lovely the vegan part doesnt effect them!

the vegan sausage rolls with leak very very tasty

there meat ones are very tasty to :)

just please stop the vegan cheese or offer both the flavours are there the texture and bitter cheese isnt. I do enjoy vegan foods and vegetarian and many of the products are amazing here.

For years now occasionally I go in to by a pastry like sausage roll or steak bake. Every time it's burnt and pretty much inedible. Waste of my money which a greggs opened up in Banstead

Me and my partner had awful coffees and mocha mine was like dish water couldn't taste the coffee and made excuse they are only allowed to use one shot of coffee . The bacon and sausage sandwich was cold and partners vegan roll was dry . Wish we had stuck to nero's and had proper coffee and tuna melt . Would not recommend

Really disappointed that despite me asking as I walked in “do you do hot sandwiches” and being assured that you do, the fillings were stone cold.

I was dubious of the temperature of the sausages as the girl making them was handling them to slice them. So I asked again -“are you sure those sausages are hot?” Both girls assured me they are hot as they came off of a hot plate.

I walked one minute up the road and tucked in, only to find they were cold and stodgy. So annoying, really wish I’d have walked a little further to a cafe where the fillings had been freshly made or at least kept properly warm.

Bread was sliced really thin and seemed cheap. The least I expect from a reputable bakery. Shame.

Unfortunately the women that served you is so unwelcoming :(
I only orders a salard roll and she was so miserable and rude
I know we all get our off days .. but is been the last few times I have visited now and still always horrible to the customers
I don’t think I go back no more
I fact my other work colleague said the same thing about her
I guess she has her troubles but so does everyone
Should not really be serving the customers
People want to feel welcome when they enter a shop
Not feel like we intruding !
It’s a shame , I start getting my morning rolls from edibles now instead

Been a few times but each time come away feeling dissapointed. All the staff (there is literally no exception) are incredibly rude. The woman with the dark curly hair could care less that you are a customer and cant look you in the eye let alone speak in a civil manner. What's with the accents? Do they all travel in from East London. Give it a rest, you cant hear the Bow bells from Banstead. Dont bother going. Its like a Greggs with delusions of grandeur run by Fake Pearly Queens from the back end of Surrey. The food is sub-par (as you'd expect from a Greggs) so if you do go understand this is not an Artisanal Bakery as it claims to be. 1 star because the food is edible at least.
