Open early, and you need to be early otherwise you will miss out on the great bakery items
I believe they take orders but come around 10 and you can find a queue.
Not all baked on site but always good. Occasionally you can get yesterday items at a discount

This bakery is the best I've found in 30 years, very very good food! Many fond memories of going in as a young boy and being greated by happy, enthusiastic and wonderful staff. I'd personally recommend the jam doughnuts and cannot wait for the Christmas cranburry turkey pastys to be available! They are so good they leave you with a craving for more all year round! Keep the yummy food coming guys and girls! Thank you!

Been going here for years. Quality is still the same as always great. Price has gone up a bit but everything has recently. But always friendly staff and great service. Will be back when local again.

My local bakers, fresh bread baked on the premises, hot pasties, and steak slices are a treat, friendly staff too

I have gone here since i was a kid (must be over 15+ years) and it never disappoints me, my family, or my friends. I always rave about it, and honestly, I don't like any other bakers (also a saussage roll really helps with the hangovers)

This place is such a disappointment! I was so excited to live near a bakery, but the service is always a bit rude and you’re made to feel like an inconvenience, and the food is just not great - bread is no better than supermarket quality (maybe worse), cakes are often dry and don’t taste great, sandwiches are overpriced. The only decent thing I tried so far is the chocolate doughnut, everything else have been very meh
