Greggs

Great service from the two girls working tonight.

Must be the worst greggs ever. Any time day or night there is like a quarter person working there. Always queues out the door. Go up to the counter and get greeted by a face that says "what do you want." Jesus you'd think that they would focus on customer service even a little. But I guess they get enough foot traffick to not bother with anything at all.

Good eatery. Fast service. I had a sausage, beans, and cheese bake and it was very good. I also had the chicken bake and it was not very good, ended up tossing it away.

This is possibly the worst customer service in a Greggs oh se ever had.

My wife asked if the sausages contained any milk and the staff didn’t have a clue. Eventually they found an iPad to look it up but it didn’t work so my wife ended up looking it up on her phone.

I had ordered a Breakfast roll but then was not given it with my order and the woman who served me was not interested inserting it so I left and got four from Costa. This woman should retire as no one wants to be served by a grumpy looking hag who clearly doesn’t want to be working with the public.

Reasonably good range of sandwiches and cakes. Located outside the services, rather than in them.

Worse Greggs ever. Shouted at today that I couldn't eat in there. Didn't know I could take a quick bite of my sandwich, so my apology! There was no need for the very rude lady (or rather not a lady) behind the counter to shout at their customers across the room - saying that if any mess is made she would have to clean it. Surely she shouldn't judge her customers by her own values? Being a business owner, thankfully I haven't got staff like her.

This and the north bound petrol station Gregg's are probably in competition with each other to be the worst in the country.cold food and staffing that couldn't care less unfortunately I have to use this on occasion as I'm a HGV driver and tacho rules apply other wise I would avoid like the plague
