Poor customer service went in there I came in early so I could get in time for work but they were really slow do not recommend

Nikki was so rude and the pasties/bakes were cold! I haven’t been to this store in over three years and todays experience was a gentle reminder why! That said, the manager was very pleasant and ever so apologetic for Nikki’s rude, unprofessional and most unpleasant manner.

Absolutely ripped off. Placed an order, took my money and then said the order is cancelled but no money back. No help with the issue at all. With all the technology in the world today my money cant be put back in my bank. Also says I was not charged when I was so please check if this happens to you. I wish I could put no stars but you have to put one.

Nice to find it open as it's been closing between 2pm and 2.30pm. I got a cheese, and onion pasty and a sausage roll both were great, but they where out of chicken bakes.

Been going here since start my job in sundon for two years now arriving at 6:30am Monday to Friday getting amazing service each and every time especially when Nicki remembers my order each morning perfect service!

often closed hours before close time.
staff who will ignore you while serving you to talk to their friend.
staff who wont even tell you how much the total is and just expect you to pay with out saying a word.
Ignore your request of "you can put both sausage rolls in the bag save some paper"
hardly ever have chicken/steak bake or the season promotion items and dont even bother to check ovens just say no we aint got it. and to top it off the sausage and bean melt i swear where fridge temperature like they had not seen the inside of a oven.
All round fecking terrible

Evrytime I go to greggs i always have lovely welcome from the staff especially from nikki she always has a smile on and aways rushed off her feet as to make sure there is food out could not ask for a better service
