Great experience at their sourdough baking course, very informative and interesting. Would recommend to anyone but especially those wanting to bake their own sourdough. From having very little knowledge I now feel confident to bake at home.
Also the bakery has so many good offerings in general, definitely one to call in on when you’re passing

Absolutely fantastic bread and baked goods at this little gem! The sourdough is my absolute favourite. The croissants are to die for. If you get there early, grab a donut and you will not be sad you did. Also, I’m not a big fan of sausage rolls but the ones they make here are the best I’ve ever had.

Very good bread, service needs to pick it's game up as the online ordering slows the whole process down, man in front of me picking up two loaves and two cakes, me three loaves and over 10 minutes total. did I say very good bread though five star for that.

Spent a day participating in the Sourdough baking class with Garry and Matt. Great fun and informative, they broke down the process, so you can work out if you're going wrong at any point and how to try and pull it back (and when not to), complimented with great coffee's, lunch, and plenty of freshly baked loaves to take home. Highly recommend the bakery/café and the course!

Absolute proof (no pun intended) that you get what you pay for, high quality bread, fresh, on the day, is great for sandwiches or just with butter. Day two is a treat with the best toast you’ll ever have.

Got the most scrumptious sourdough loaf from here & we keep going back it's so good. They even have a machine that slices the loaf if that's preferable. And they have the loveliest staff too
