The whole shop looks like it needs a re-vamp, bit grotty .... If the staff come out of the back of the shop ... you "might" get a smile from them. Not going to shop there anymore, I don't want mouse poo on my sticky buns !

Absolutely shocking hygiene. Money handling and food handling at the same time plus they cook the bacon at a different establishment then stick it in a container which is left on the work top (not in the fridge) then reheated in the microwave. Not once did the woman wash her hands in between touching the microwave, handling food and money. Makes me wonder about the rest of the food.

Custards tasted burnt an was burnt when took foil off the pastry was like cardboard tough as hell there wasnt a lot to choose from an it was still early nearly 9am so hadnt sold out shame really as the one at top of town is great this one used to be but the last few times i been here its been really bad sad to see it go like this the staff was ok np with them just the choice and the products were not up to scratch at all

Sorry but this place has gone downhill. Sandwiches are very poor. Mine was squashed flat, soggy and just not nice.
Won't be back I'm sad to say.

Sorry to leave a negative review but the pastry of the meat and potato pie was totally raw. I mean absolutely uncooked. Surely a decent pie crust is a basic of a bakery ?? Very disappointed. Won’t be shopping here again.
