Greggs

I always pop into this branch if Gregg's for a quick lunch. The staffs are lovely and always greet you with a smile. Today I dropped my coffee right outside the store debtor my fault but the staff who was on break saw me and replaced my coffee free of charge. Felt blessed. Great piece of community and amazing customer service. Wish you all the very best. Thanks

When it first opened a really good shop. My Mum loved their bread pudding. With time though, I buy my bread elsewhere. Twice in the last month or so, I have bought a hot snack. First occasion the service was indifferent. Second time served by a very keen trainee. Trouble being, I didn't expect the paper bag to burst into flames with the heat from the contents. Yet with both purchases. Tepid at best. Hot takeaway. No way.

I love Cakes and know the difference between a good cake and a bad one. When Greg's first opened i was over the moon, however lately every cake i have bought from Greg's over the past year have been terrible, all dry, and cutting back on quality ingredients... Sorry Greg's but you've lost me as a customer.. Your not Cheap either.... not good. 👎

Will frequently go here in the mornings before travelling home and the staff are always so friendly and kind. The beans/sausage/cheese bake is my favourite.

All the staff at Greggs Potters Bar are very polite, helpful and efficient. Top marks.

Usual very high standards expected of Greggs

Most items are available, including vegetatian option. Vegan hot food were available and hot. Friendly staff and good service. Located on the High road, parking can be a little difficult.
