Greggs

Post the covid pandemic it would seem that the quality of their food has gone down significantly. Cold pies, dried out pizza slices, as if the level of care towards their food is juat gone out the window.

Greggs will be Greggs. Nothing much to add here apart from the fact that there's a very limited selection for vegetarians.

Came in for an Oasis.. im all gregd out and it tastes like they dont care anymore.. cold steak bakes sometimes all over the country but they have state of the art ovens.. smh. The 2nd star is coz im loyal. 😎

It's inside a BP Filling Station - and it was the most grubby and dirty Greggs I've seen. Most of em are clean enough, but this one looked so dirty that I bought nothing and made a sharp exit before I caught something nasty. 😩

What has happened to our country ? It's filling with dirty, grubby, sub-standard places with staff who couldn't care less about service and hygiene. You just can't get cleanliness any more - nor the staff. 😡

Always clean staff were helpful and friendly

Friendly staff, reliable clean store and counter. The pandemic is affecting the available range of products a little I think, but it's a good go to place for a fresh tasting sandwich/snacks. More variety would get it that 5th star for sure!

This Greggs invariably has new staff who through what I would like to assume is no fault of their own have no idea how to serve food or coffee.
It is unfair to expect people who have quite obviously been let down by our education system to offer an adequate level of service.
This morning I ordered an omelette and sausage roll in which the egg consisted of little more than two scraps.
The double espresso,[ not expresso] was filled to the brim with luke warm coffee which spilt everywhere upon opening in the car.
Why not train your employees instead of continuing to traduce what can be a good quality brand.

Just like every other Gregg's, usually cool pasties and pizzas.

Had to give it a 3 star due to pricing, I use many motorway service areas which you'd think would be the most expensive but no this one on the outskirts of nuneaton is more dearer. Not sure how this works out?

The member of staff said it's a franchise so can charge what they want.

Aren't alot of them franchises too?
