Very poor customer service and very poor selection.
Normally travelling through I find this store to be convenient and well stocked, making it a regular visit.

However as of late it appears to close much earlier, at 1830 in the past few instances, with the two young gentlemen offering a limited selection of stone cold pasties.

It states and has previously been open until 2000 however this doesn’t seem to be the case.

Also I would question whether it’s permitted for the staff to eat the food behind the counter as they clear the cabinet.
At least wait until they’re finished working and out of public view.

I travel via train very frequently and no matter the time of day, this Greggs NEVER has vegan options. Ever. Every time you ask they'll say "it'll be 15 minutes" knowing you have a train to catch. They either don't have them in stock or the staff can't be bothered to make them. Any vegans/veggies planning to travel from Ipswich station: I recommend bringing your own food because you won't be able to get anything at Greggs

Give that girl a payrise. I commend anyone who’s that chipper so early in the morning it’s actually just what I needed.
Good service and professional

I've been here a fair few times before, however I just had to write this review after the experience I had today. My grandmother is disabled so she is in a mobility wheelchair and isn't able to go up to the counter properly. The woman who served us acted like we were being a nuisance, rolling her eyes and staring at us blankly when we mentioned she missed one of our orders. The customer service we received was appalling and our 'hot' drinks were stone cold. Not good..I hope I don't have to come across this bad attitude again.

The baked savories are always fresh and hot. The have a great selection to choose from and it's so convenient to grab something from Gregg's and take it on the train with you.
