Brilliant helpful service and great bakers .Tbe fresh fruit tarts are a favorite !! Excellent value and a great atmosphere. Wish it was closer to me !! Have to drive past lots of others to get to it but happy to do so .

Food quality still good. However the new layout doesn’t work. Staff getting in each others way and not a good customer experience. The man and woman serving today as well as not really knowing what they were doing must have had a row or don’t like each other as they were as miserable as sin! One one took over the toll as the other had half entered my order so had to wait while they finished and my order was re input.......shame Alison has gone and why change the layout for something inferior when the original worked well for years. Change for change sake 😕

I used to love the bread from here. Unfortunately, since change of ownership, the bread has deteriorated a lot, the flavour has gone, it's such a shame. I will be getting my bread from elsewhere.

Very disappointed with bread pudding I bought there last week (5th Jan 2022). It was very dry and was probably the worst I had tasted. Probably the most expensive too. I was so disappointed as I had for many years used this location along with many of my colleagues from the large local company WS Atkins. We would always get our cakes here. I hadn’t been here for several years so was unaware of the ownership change. I didn’t have time to go back and complain but later that day I mentioned it to some of my former colleagues who told me that since the new ownership change the prices had really increased but the quality was nowhere as good as it used to be. Very disappointed especially as you shouldn’t really get bread pudding so wrong.
