I am a regular customer at greggs upper brook st. Me and my son look forward to going as we know that the service is excellent the food is great and the staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, I always have a good laugh while they still maintain a great level of professionalism. , I can't fault anything . Helen is particularly friendly and amazing at her job I have never felt so welcome by anyone. All the staff are great including Grace.

I normally go to Greggs once weekly to buy coffee & hot chocolate these are always good. Good value for money and they have a variety of foods to eat.

Its ok...gone downhill somewhat in terms of the amount of filling in the slices like chicken and steak slice. I used to like them but not worth the money now. Choose a local bakery like Krusties as the fillings are jam packed for similar price

i'm not bothered by grumpy staff at places like this because i have worked in these kind of jobs and i know it's gruelling. but the large lady who seems to be a supervisor here is so aggressive, impatient and downright rude - combined with the distinct air that she's getting off on throwing her authority around - that it put me off ordering from here in the end, and seemed like it was having a significant effect on the moods of the other staff, who all looked positively downbeaten. i notice most of the other negative reviews of this greggs mention her too.

A good place to visit for a lunch time bite to eat, I usually have a regular mocha and potato wedges with a couple pots of sauce, or a slice of pizza. Staff have always been friendly in my experience and generous with stamping the reward card.

Nothing beats a good Greggs when you're hungry or want some breakfast - just make sure you get there in good time because the queues can be quite long!

Good salted caramel latte with whipped cream and a hot sausage roll. Quick service, friendly staff. The store is always clean. The cake section is usually always full. Visit here probably at least once a week.
