Food as Gregg's food has always been. But I'm giving 5* to Trevor. He's so friendly, always smiling and needs recognition for his hard work. He Brighton's up your day. So pleasant and knows his regulars. Even if he doesn't know you he makes you feel like he does. Keep up the good work Trevor, best smile in town.

Won't lie love the food however the staff are quite rude and mess up orders or don't even listen to you properly because they're chatting about utter rubbish and messing about being unhygienic around the pastries. Maybe need a lesson in how to present yourself in a customer facing role and health and safety. Maybe even food hygiene in the kitchen. Just being honest.

2nd week the store got a Just Eat order wrong. To re order then costs you the delivery charge etc again which is a rip off when the store got the orders wrong. I know it's a busy store but they need to pay more attention when putting orders out for Just Eat delivery. Probably won't choose this store again which is a shame. Sorry guys.

Market street greggs are the best Greggs in town, good mannerisms, always go out their way (sara and Georgia) you guys are brilliant at what you do! Fabulous customer service, thank you so much boom!

Ordered a sausage baguette for breakfast it was prepared perfectly, as they had the common sense to place the ketchup in the baguette first then the sausages.

I order from Greggs on a regular basis. I shouldn't really but the body knows what it loves. Today I ordered as normal and asked for a cloudy lemonade but unfortunately they didn't have one so I received the raspberry instead and whoever packed my bag today, also sent me a surprise for not having the drink I requested. Greggs always think of their customers needs and always deliver absolutely brilliant customer service at this branch and the one in Bilston specifically. You guys are the beeeeeeeeest. If I could hug you all, I would.
