Heater's Bakery

The obese lady that works at the counter is so rude. It's a big effort just to serve you, if she can be bothered to even do that. I have just been turned away at 7:30am because she was to busy to serve me "due to a delivery" I drive past this shop on the way to work every morning, it's never open on time. Its a shame the baked goods are pretty good.

Just been in. Paid £6.70 for 2 cheese straws. 1 iced finger.1 iced ring doughnut. 1 finger roll.

Your having a laugh. Been overcharged AGAIN. won’t be coming back here. I suggest someone messages me from heaters to resolve.

Just found the prices of your other branch and would of only paid £4 for all of it. Not impressed.

No concern about health and safety.
Handles money and bread without using gloves or sanitising between customers. Also, rude staff entered and was told "We don't have anything" when we said we wanted cakes, which were on the shelf and you could see. Will be buying my bread elsewhere now.

We got sausage rolls, a chocolate donut and an apple-filled donut. The sausage rolls and donut were delicious! Unfortunately, the apple donut was disappointing. The apples were mushy and bland. I'll still go back for the sausage rolls, for sure.

Staff berated us for wearing a mask during the pandemic! Staff member was obviously an anti-masker. We're not even bothered whether people wear a mask or not, but you don't expect to be challenged for your choice as a customer. We're local and go fairly regularly but unfortunately now will never go back. Go to Christmas's Bakery in Worplesdon, it's much better anyway!

Extremely poor hygiene witnessed. Was queuing to buy some bread but witnessed the lady serving cough into her ungloved hand then immediately serve another customer without washing her hands. She touched bread bagged it and handled cash all without washing her hands. Unacceptable food safety hygiene. I did not purchase anything and left.

This is such nice little place and their Crodons are something I would die for. Love almost all the stuff here through and through.

Nice bakery. Lovely cream cakes, and the cheese straws are scrummy!
