Greggs

Early morning coffee stop, open at 0630 on a Sunday morning which was very convenient. Coffee OK, bacon OK but sausage tasted like it had been dunked in grease so went straight into the bin. Helpful, friendly staff though.

Another good Greggs bakery. Friendly staff, consistently good food and more affordable than their service station outlets. Good location in central Carnforth too.

Typical Greggs. No frills adequate food and not overpriced. Staff here always helpful and polite.

Lovely cold pastie from here paid then explained it was COLD asked if they could warm was told No then told it had been out a while asked for a refund as I couldn't eat cold pie was told no sorry you've paid for it now we can't take it back I didn't even open the bag or exited the shop terrible food terrible service not be going there again

I eat most mornings in greggs all over the country at this one the bacon and sausage sandwich was the worst it was cold with a small dollop of brown sauce in one corner, very disappointing

Sometimes bacon buns are dry

My food issue with Greggs is my own making I guess. When I turn up there is never anything fresh or hot, just luke warm. I should learn when to arrive to get the freshness. The food is good though. But then recently the coffees haven't tested great, just OK. I'm slowly going off Greggs, as I like their brews, but now in two outlets at opposite sides of the country I've had a funny Pumpkin Spice Latte. Peculiar, the mystery continues.

A regular stop off for a quick Cappuccino. Staff usually remember my order as soon as they see me now. Only thing, it's sometimes a bit lukewarm, but I guess that's health & safety!
