I went to greggs on Broxtowe lane and the service was amazing the people were polite non of the staff were rude and i got my food quick wasn’t waiting that long. Also they have never got my order wrong or overcharged me for anything, amazing service 👍

Westbridgeford shop.would not let me have a toasted sandwich .unless heated up in there shop.guess what what a load of croc .never go there AGAIN.kind regatds chris k.

Used to be a good store, now it's run by indifferent, ignorant staff. I stood watching my coffee get cold under the machine in an empty shop while one staff member disappeared and the other just floated about as if she had her mind on other things than the customer.
Three times I told them to prepare my order correctly. It still was served wrong.
I won't be using this branch again. If you like to be served by dismissive automatons, then you'll love it here.

Great service. Always get my food instantly. Always hot. Love coming here every day. Chloe I think her name is, is the best worker there

I go to this store most mornings on my way to work and the manager (Chloe) is always going above and beyond to provide speedy service with a smile on her face. 10/10.

Absolutely lovely service, #broxtowesbest, staff are always wonderful and will check if you’ve received your order when waiting. I love popping in everyday for a quick coffee. #greggsgranger.

Friendly enough staff - however 4 pack sausage rolls very greasy and have made me very Ill. Vow never to eat from a Greggs store again.
