Staff are always cheery & helpful, they work very hard & I find that it's best to get there first thing for their breakfast deals!
Stock is low in the afternoon after such a demanding morning, great prices for a quick treat or lunch, one of the best Greggs I've visited, staff make a difference to a place.

Greggs Headington is a wonderful Greggs, it is always incredibly busy due to being on a high street, however the staff are always friendly and engaging! Marco the manager is an absolute legend and overall a brilliant store.

It's really disappointing that the app is so flakey. I've only gained 1 reward point in months of trying. With the same excuse, sorry "once it has gone through the till, it's too late to accumulate points"

When you set next to the windows you feel they absorbing heat .

Staff are always so nice in here. Even though it gets very busy they are always sweet when I come in with an order.

Lovely friendly staff clean shop great food and coffee and a very nice manager who always are very friendly and polite.

Why are you even open on just eat.
You have no breakfast options available EVER.
Most of you hot food is unavailable ALL the time.
Rarely do you have hot food other than steak bakes.
You don't update your menu to cover both bundle and single options. Meaning food doesn't arrive or replacements are just given with no concent.
Other than that you are exceptional. Keep up the hard work
