The coffee was massively over extracted to the point where out was very difficult to drink. Chai latte wasn't a chai latte, just warm milk with nearly indistinguishable spices in. Babychino is really a rip off, double the cost of the big chains for a tiny cup of warm milk.

Can't say I'd recommend anyone go here to drink. When leaving I did also notice there were trays of used cups all over the floor in the kitchen. Not really what you'd expect to see

Very poor. Nearly every table has dirty cups and trays on them and my spoon looks like it has pepper on it. The floor is also filthy. Won't be returning

Nice coffee & muffins

Visited here for Afternoon Tea with my Mum.

Food : Part or the Afternoon Tea package is a baguette however the only one in the chilled section was ham and as we are both vegetarian we asked if we could swap it for a toastie instead, there was no problem with this and it actually made this my favourite ever Afternoon Tea as I dislike cold sandwiches.

There were lots of different muffins to choose from and an option of Fruit Scone and Cheese Scone, all of the food was so yummy!

The food was displayed really nicely on a plank of wood.

Cleanliness: The surfaces were not the cleanest and I could see two chopping boards, a yellow and a green one. I assume green is for Vegetarian food however all types of food were going on both boards which was disappointing especially if you have an allergic.
There were lots of people's trays and leftovers left on tables, which I think was another staff shortage issue as the staff were so busy, however being so busy has left some mistakes in this branch which is a shame when it could be so nice.

You can sit inside or out which is nice, the sun was out today so we ate outside which was wonderful.

Would visit this one again, hopefully at a less busier time.
