Visited the Kings Walk branch for lunch. Had a bit of a wait for some products but Matt the server was so lovely, explained they were cooking more and how long they would be. Also kept us updated on progress, all the while serving other people. He really is a star employee, brilliant manner with the customers. As a result we had lovely fresh hot food and a big smile 😊

Although Greggs has had good reviews in the past and made a name for themselves, they seemed to have fallen in the same trap as many other companies. For example, for a couple of past purchases, the steak slices nowadays seem to have lots of grizzle in them. No care seems to be taken when preparing their products. It’s a case of “We’ve made our name, it doesn’t matter anymore”. Hopefully you will soon bring your products up to decent standard again.

Sat in with a coffee and iced bun.. really nice atmosphere and very clean... Generally a good store and well worth a visit if you are in the area

Queues huge and weekday staff no customer service skills. I get your busy but don't throw my food at me without a word

Busy but a lovely atmosphere. I got a table and sat down and ate. There was carolers outside which made it quite merry. Thumbs up for the vegan Christmas bakes and the tea with soya milk. Gave the spicy sweet potato bhaji with rice a go. Was alright although a little dry.

Queue out the door it wax about 2.30pm. Also there was a pigeon in the shop !! Nice steak bake and sausage rolls.

Cold vegan sausages always😡😡. Manager don't care about food or don't jump on tills when there is a big queue. You store lost a good customer
