Greggs

Poor service today. Staff talking amongst themselves with back to customers, had to be prompted to serve. Half full coffee cup when I asked for large, staff seemed distracted
Disappointing, good service is not much to ask for.

First time visit layout good screens in place plus hand jel purchased a tea and coffee returned to car to find tea bag had split returned to store queue now longer about 8 in front only one person serving queue now out the door other members of staff (3) there doing prep work cutting rolls etcetera looking at queue but ignored ended wait for 12 minutes
Won't bother with this site again

I was second in line... & Got served 5th after another customer pointed out to the rude, lazy staff that I was before them. Didn't even apologise. Awful Customer Service & after reading the previous reviews I'm not the only one.
I was only there because I was getting someone a sandwich. I won't eat there because my socks have a higher nutritional value than their food! & This experience hasn't changed my mind!

Came here this week, the ring dohnut I had asked for had been put in the wrong place so the price was more expensive than I had originally wanted to pay when I tried to change it they said it couldn't be done because the pay was already put through the till. However, got a hot choclate which was nice but wish it was hand made/ barista style giving it a much better texture and flavour.

I'm here for 7am every morning and have been for the last year an the food is always stone cold.. I have never had a warm or even hot pasty .. won't be going here again

The prices have increased to a level where the quality of the food is not keeping up. Your losing customers greggs...

Ample parking close by. One of the better Greggs outlets on the outskirts of town, a number of tables and chairs available for dine in.

Had a coffee and a chicken slice both nice and hot. Quite busy in the shop
