Excellent customer service from Alison.
The milk had run out because the store had been busy during the Breakfast rush.
One of Alison's colleagues quickly replenished the milk supply. Alison anticipating that I may have to wait a while gave me a voucher for a free coffee on my next visit to Greggs and a large Mocha instead of a Regular.
As a regular customer at Greggs I was delighted to meet lovely, polite, considerate staff with excellent customer skills.

I have wuntu app. I had free coffee voucher. I went to this brunch. I asked one free and one payable coffee. I said I will use my voucher. Old lady looked my app and said click "use now". After she show my app to young girl and she said you already used voucher we can't give you coffee. I wrote this to three they send me new code. But they were really rude to me.

Every pasty I get from here will always be cold. The only reason I still go is because it’s the closest to my house and I crave a nice WARM pasty... when I get home which is a 2 minute walk away so it won’t get cold from that I need to put them back into the microwave just so I can eat them! I’m pretty sure I pay extra for the heat?

They ran out of vegan sausage rolls but offered me a free coffee for the inconvenience. Well impressed thanks great customer service

I always have breakfast at Gregg's. For the price you can't beat it. Recently it been getting a bit crowded for my liking but I still think it's a 5 star place because how convenient it is.

Not good. Rude staff can't be bothered to serve. Very untidy shop needs sorting by head office. They are lettings jolly good form down.

Greggs need to look into having more gluten free options!!
