I visited Prince's on a Wednesday at around 11am.
The place was absolutely packed, which doesn't surprise me as I've been here previously but to grab takeout cakes, so today was my first time sitting in.

I've rated it three stars due to:
The presentation Of The food, whilst it is only jacket potato with chicken curry I feel it could have been presented better (see picture)
The orange juice I ordered tasted vinegary, no idea why?
And whilst it was busy and we were offered a table by a man I assume to be the manager, we didn't get seen until we moved tables when one became available. The table we sat at initially wasn't dressed up (no place mats, sugar/salt pots etc) and it was right next to the bread cutter machine.
The service that we eventually received after moving tables was friendly although the waitress did seem extremely rushed off her feet. The lady at the cake counter was very friendly and helpful when paying.
The food I ordered, as previously stated jacket potato and chicken curry was okay don't know if I'd order it again but I like to try new dishes on each visit anyway.

I'd absolutely recommend this place for their bakery section as everything I've had (cakes, pastries, pancakes) have been spot on.
Prices Of The selection of food aren't too high but definitely the pricier side for some.
They seem to have a grill room upstairs so will try this next time maybe.

Very nice little bakery with friendly staff.
Corned beef wedge was excellent, as was the jam custard slice.
Looking forward to retuning to try more dishes

We had the prosecco afternoon tea and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were helpful and polite. The food was outstanding and so much. Definitely value for money! I would recommend for Hen afternoon tea, retirement occasions, baby shower and any other celebrations. Thanks for looking after us all! 😁😁😁

I would usually rate you guys 5. Your ham salad rolls are simply the best and corned beef slices. I travel from cardiff once a month and pop in to visit you this time around i was served by a new member of staff i haven't seen before, blonde hair in a ponty, glasses and tats. She didn't retain my order having to ask me twice. In my order i asked for 3xcorned beef slices and i was given 2xpasties, charged the same price 😒No offence but if i wanted a pastie i would have asked, there was plenty of slices there, a new tray had just been brought out. I really hope there's an improvement when i return don't really want to not return🤞

£4.00 for a plain cheese toasted sandwich ! Rip off! Never again! I can't believe £4.00 for 2 slices of white bread, with a bit of cheese toasted and thrown in a polystyrene box! No side salad, nothing! Ridiculous!

Fantastic food and friendly service. The omelette was so good I didn’t even manage to get a photo before I finished it! The custard slice speaks for itself…
