Good place. Easier than rest Gregg's to pick up sandwiches because it's on the way to the counter. Only thing that may be problematic during covid-19(2020) would be the limited customer area (5-6)people max

I never leave reviews but I just wanted to give a shout out to the tall lad with glasses, hes so friendly and always puts me in a good mood. If he's not already manager or something he definitely should be.

Food was good (obviously because it's greggs) but the service was extremely slow. They had two members of staff working on one order which is really unnecessary

The best ever customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was very warm and friendly. Because of the best treatment I have experienced I decided to to come to this outlet even though I have another one closer to my home. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Always excellent value and quality, but is really 5* because the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Greg's is great but today I asked for 2 vegan sausage rolls & it wasn't till I got back to the car that I realised I'd been given vegan festive bakes which it turns out I don't like at all. Didn't go back, but at least now I know I don't like them.

Worst greggs in cardiff hands down Lived close to this store so I went here in the morning for my breakfast same order every day around the same time! Not once in 6 months did I get a "hello /morning would you like your regular" and feels more like a funeral parlour than a bakery. Slow grumpy staff who forget sauce and rest of order especially the big hairy blond women who I can only explain has a hygiene problem. All In all I now go 10 minutes into town to spend my hard earned cash.
I could go on about the state of this store but I think u get the picture.
