Bodelwyddan Greggs Kimnel East
Sunday, 27 February 2022 at 2:30pm.
My wife and I called in for a quick snack and a coffee. We were served by a young woman and a man. The items on display looked unappetising. The food was cold, the faces sullen and the attitudes unhelpful. No offer to heat up the 'hot' snacks, no smiles and definitely no joy. The coffee was bitter and barely drinkable. Needless to say, we won't be visiting another Greggs roadside snack bar in a very long time.

Cold cold food...not a single pie or sausage roll even warm never mind hot.. yuk. Who eats cold food?? I was told by the rude unhelpful woman that I'd have to wait 15 minutes for anything hot.. obviously loves her job not..Customer service course might be more apt

Frequently take a break here while travelling into Wales. Food is fresh as is the coffee and the prices are reasonable too. Comforting snacks and treats are just what's required on a driving break.
