The Ladies that work in the Greggs in the Bus Station work SO HARD!! They are always very friendly and they know me as their regular. I get breakfast for me and my staff most mornings and the queues are through the door.. Which I know they are under a lot of pressure. Maybe the Area Manager could Employ someone else to help? I just feel for them when the queues are huge because they are rushing and there's only ever 2 of them. Greggs Company is lucky to employ hard working committed ladies.

I like Greggs and love their pastries especially the steak bake and pink doughnuts. But on my recent visit to Cwmbran I agreed to have drink (tea) with my pastry, think it cost extra £1.30, and the tea tasted awful. Disappointed. Left the tea, so that was a waste of money. Wanted to return tea for refund. But didn't have the courage 😔

Gregg's used to be reasonably priced, rip off now. and the coffee is not good. The staff in Cwmbran are excellent though.

The 1 star is for the coffee. How does a quiet store at 7am get a very simple order wrong continuously. And how does a little bit of red sauce sound like alot. These women in this store need to lay off the drugs and get a latte in them in the mornings!!!! Useless.

Awesome Greggs. One of the best. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Big plus is that they do all the vegan breakfast rolls and of course soya lattes!

It's your normal Greggs, same old high prices. What can I say it's Greggs. Word to the wise check your change because its normal for a Greggs to short change you or over price things.
