After coming in almost everyday waiting for the new Vegan sausage roll to arrive, I rang up today to see if they had stock and the lovely lady on the phone said she would put some aside for me as I’d be a few hours and didn’t want them to sell out. Great customer service from her, wish I’d have gotten her name so she has the praise. Thank you Greggs Carmarthen!

The staff are efficient and friendly. The cafe area is sometimes a bit grubby, but if you don't want to walk or drive to the cleaner and quieter branch by aldi its bareable

Don't really review Gregg's but this one didn't have sugar only sweetener. Not the crime of the century but they should have informed before purchase as I can't abide the stuff and I would not have continued with my purchase having known this. Also Baguette was under baked and doughy. Could do better.
