Greggs

Luv this place! I mean...where in the world can you get a cuppa AND a vegan sausage roll for £2.20😃Staff can’t do enough to please! And even gave me a free vegan Belgian bun as they didn’t have something else I’d requested!! They have an awesome “fix it quick” policy! Hats off to them 😃

Foods always luke warm but the staff have nice customer service. That's why I'm giving 3 stars

Coatbridge main street greggs awful served me hot cheese and ham baguette with black bits all down the side it. Then next was literally getting chased out of it not being allowed to sit. No stars

Went early morning had no sausages left! come on guys get it sorted.

Asked for 10 croissants and was willing to wait the 10 mins too cook. The lady in the store stated there were no more croissants as they had thrown a freezer full the they before. The fact they can't keep a track on long life products is abysmal. God only no what their stockloss and wastage must be . In future I shall continue to use the Gregg's in Glanyafon where gentleman had no problem cooking some for me. Obviously Gregg's customer service is not universal.

Can't not love Greggs.

While on holiday over the weekend period. We visited this greggs and I must say the one ladies customers services skills was absolutely appalling. Her attitude was shocking, Considering its a popular seaside destination with alot a tourists visiting I think she may be better suited to a place where she stays out of the public eye as she clearly isn't a people person. Slamming signs out. Huffing and puffing an calling use ridiculous as we placed our order. I won't be using this store again an advise others to steer clear too.

Wasn't really worthy of 1 star. Shocking customer service, no manners, no service with a smile, then as I was trying to put my purse away whilst juggling the food (out of the way of customers) she shouted at me to leave the shop because of covid, I had no intention of staying, just no bag offered!?! My kids were shocked! Will never set foot here again!

Absolutely appalling customer service. We have just visited this store and the welcome we had from the lady serving us was shocking!!! She practically threw our food at us and that wasn’t before slamming everything on the counter. Being such a huge reputable face of the high street I am disappointed at the terrible customer service. I really think you need to address the attitude of your staff as it’s not acceptable to speak to or treat people like that. I personally will not be calling again. Sadly she didn’t wear a name badge !!! 🤬🤬🤬
